You want to show up for yourself with a kind and inclusive practice (no pretzel poses!) that will will help you feel better both physically and mentally.
You appreciate a welcoming safe environment where you are free to ask questions and have the opportunity for me to offer personalised cues & support.
You find getting to In Person classes challenging in the winter months, and would love the convenience of practicing in the comfort of your own home.
You are interested in learning about many elements of yoga including the physical poses, breath work, yogic philosophy, and meditation.
You enjoy connecting with others, and know that this will help you to stay
motivated to keep showing up for class.
