Thank you Mary, for me, I started seeing changes from the first lesson, I've been in college and I was afraid I won't manage to graduate this year but you challenged me to create time. Since then I started waking up at 4, I finished my thesis and am happy to report that I graduated today. I was also very lazy in reading motivational books but now I am reading one everytime I find myself free. I have seen real positive changes in my life since I started the program.

This program although very short have totally changed the trajectory of my life. I am not only coming out of this program with goal setting knowledge but I am also very happy to have learnt state shifting activities like gratitude, affirmations, deep breathing and the others that I am now practicing to improve my life. I loved most sessons 1 and 4 the most. I learnt how to put my goals into pictures, something I had never done before and I really enjoyed that. You also helped me to organise my goals in a simple and very practical detailed template. I will never forget this lesson. It really changed the way I view my goals. I am very grateful. I am going to invite my friends to join the program.

Thank you Mary, I have learnt alot in this program. I used to procrastinate alot but now am able to push myself to keep going forward. I am so happy that through this program I have been able to kick off some goals I never thought possible. For example, I have now secured my frist client for my business that I've been trying to start. My biggest challenge used to be time and money but I have now found ways to manage as you taught us.
