Assessing and reducing your toxic load can help your body heal and improve your wellness, resulting in a clearer mind, better digestion, or fewer menopausal symptoms. I believe you can take control of your health, which is why I decided to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist, and since then studied for a Diploma in Mindfulness Life Coaching. Now I support my clients to reconnect their mind, body and soul so that they can live their most fulfilling life.
After more than 20 years in finance, I am all too familiar with the pressures of a career, managing stress, family life and health struggles. My long-term digestive issues and hormonal imbalances led me to nutrition, and the beginning of my new journey and I would like to help you find your own breakthrough.
I grew up around the kitchen table. I love food and I draw on my South Asian heritage, the wisdom of our traditions, passion for food and travel to offer diverse food and lifestyle choices. I want you to have a good relationship with food again, feel good about yourself and live a balanced but full life.
