Once you join, you’ll go through an intake process where we analyze your current physique, diet, and training. Then we build out your personalized 8-week plan - training, nutrition, supplements, everything. You’ll have weekly video calls and 24/7 text check-ins for adjustments, accountability, and guidance the whole way through. We actually do the coaching ourselves and no training or diet plan is the same
