I have definitely felt this way when I hit my late 40's. At the end of most work days, I'd have a headache and feel stiffness & pain in my neck and shoulders. The thought of feeling this way for another 20 years filled me with anxiety which created more tension in my body.
But at the age of 47, I discovered something transformative: the power of fitness yoga and mindful movement.
Through developing a consistent fitness yoga practice, I not only eliminated those headaches & neck/shoulder pain, I found a renewed sense of boundless energy, productivity, strength and confidence.
Now at 58, I feel more relaxed and move with ease than I did a decade ago. This personal journey led me to become a Certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, specifically focused on helping professionals over 40 Live Better, Feel Good & Age Well with my custom private coaching and tailored approach to yoga.
