    She'll be jumping in the ocean! 

    Amy Jacobson is an emotional intelligence specialist, inspiring leader and engaging communicator. She gets people owning their sh*t, taking control and being unstoppable. 

    She'll be cracking dad jokes...

    Julie Jardine designs learning experiences that empower change, develop capability, engage people, foster positive cultures, and improve productivity and performance.

    FAQs

    What's the alcohol situation?

    Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink will be included in the price, and we trust people to drink responsibly  within their own limits and when representing their organisation. 

    Is swimming compulsory? 

    Not at all! The option will be there and you are encouraged to make the most of the day in a way that works for you. 

    What about special access or dietary needs?

    We've got you covered - we'll collect further details and accommodate as much as possible to make sure everyone enjoys their day. 

    Isn't it a bit "sharky" near Rottnest?

    We'll be in the safest, loveliest waters possible but can't say exactly where we'll be until we know the weather on the day. Think turquoise, shallow waters with pretty little fish playing nearby. 

    What about photos?

    We will be taking photos and video during the day, but we want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best so will discuss group agreements and permission closer to the time, particularly after swimming! 

    I've seen Amy / Bethan / Julie present before - won't I know this stuff already?

    With three stand out, creative, interactive facilitators, you are very likely to hear fresh ideas and new models and concepts tailored to this specific group.  Even if you have seen an idea before, the experience, the timing and application with accountability is everything, so you are sure to walk away with new insights. 

    Where do we depart and return from? 

    From Fremantle at 9am and returning 5pm, so you just need to get yourself there we'll take care of the rest!

    9:30–9:45 AM: Smooth Sailing Ahead

    Get the lowdown on boating safety, event guidelines, and how we’ll make this an extraordinary experience for everyone.

    9:45–10:30 AM: Networking, Reinvented

    Dive into an easy, fun, guided session to break the ice and connect with the other incredible individuals onboard.

    10:45–11:30 AM: Masterclass Moments 1 – Dynamic Decisions: The Art of Critical Thinking

    Dive deep into the waters of strategic and critical thinking. Explore strategies to challenge your beliefs, cut through the noise, and steer your leadership toward success in even the choppiest seas.

    11:45–12:30 PM: Masterclass Moments 2 – Charting Workplace Interactions: Navigating Emotional Intelligence

    Set sail on a journey through difficult conversations, empathy and emotional intelligence, discovering how to steer relationships and communicate with EI. This session will help you build deeper connections and create waves of successful positive interactions within your team.

    12:30–1:30 PM: Luxury Lunch on the High Seas

    Savour a gourmet lunch prepared by a private chef, paired with great company, a cheeky drink and ocean views.

    1:45–2:30 PM: Masterclass Moments 3 – Steering Leadership Excellence

    Take the helm to see leadership, learning, and your people from a fresh perspective. Explore the art of leading individuals and embracing unique personas within your business.     2:45–3:30 PM: Flipped in a Fishbowl

    Step into the spotlight or take a backseat as we share leadership lessons and real-life

    challenges in a fresh, engaging format.

    3:30–4:15 PM: Sun, Sea, and Stories

    Relax, swim, sip, or share your favourite leadership adventures and stories with newfound friends as we soak up the last rays of an extraordinary day.

    4:15–5:00 PM: Anchors Up and Sunset Bound

    As the sun dips low, we bid farewell to Wadjemup and sail back towards Walyalup, soaking in the stunning views and reflecting and reminiscing on a day well spent
