THE MINDFUL MEERKAT

Hi, I'm Debbie, aka The Mindful Meerkat. 

I am a mindfulness coach. During lockdown I experienced severe agoraphobia, anxiety and panic attacks. I couldn't leave the house, not even to go into the garden. I was trapped inside my home and my mind. This lasted for several months but couldn't continue. I had been furloughed but needed to return to work. 

I received counselling but knew I wouldn't get it forever. I turned to mindfulness to help me. I started with breathing techniques and progressed to other mindfulness techniques.
