Sometimes, the hardest part isn’t feeling the emotion — it’s feeling safe enough to feel anything at all.

When life brings overwhelm, trauma, or prolonged stress, we often disconnect from our emotions, our bodies, and our deeper needs. That disconnection helped us survive — but it can also keep us stuck.

Over time, it may show up as:

👉 Anxiety or constant “on-edge” tension
👉 Physical symptoms, pain, or fatigue
👉 A sense of being “cut off” from your own truth

💗 About This Session

Each monthly group healing focuses on a different emotional layer — such as [grief, fear, guilt, shame, frustration, or feeling stuck] — and supports you in gently releasing what no longer serves your body, mind, or spirit.

Using Subconscious Imprint Technique (SIT), we’ll work with the subconscious patterns that may sound like:

  • “It’s not safe to feel this.”

  • “If I let go, I’ll fall apart.”

  • “I have to stay in control to be okay.”

  • “This emotion is too much to handle.”

You don’t have to untangle it all alone. This is a space for deep inner release, restoration, and reconnection — without pressure or performance.

This is a gentle, trauma-informed session held online via Zoom.
You won’t be asked to share or relive any painful experiences — just show up and receive.

  • Connect with your breath and body at your own pace

  • Notice what your system may be holding

  • Use SIT to dissolve emotional imprints and limiting beliefs

  • Restore your sense of presence, peace, and inner safety
