If you’re considering joining, here are a few things that might help you decide.
“I’m so busy — will I actually be able to keep up?”
Absolutely. Rebalance & Rebuild is designed specifically for busy women. The daily tasks are simple, realistic and take just a few minutes. There’s no meal prep marathons, complicated recipes or long videos. I am also available to answer any questions throughout the course.
“What if I can’t attend live?”
No problem. All materials- daily prompts, resources and the live call, will be recorded and sent to you. You can follow along in your own time at a pace that works for you.
“Do I need to buy special foods or supplements?”
No. Everything in this programme can be done with normal, everyday foods you likely already have at home. This course is about foundations, not expensive extras.
“Is this a diet or weight-loss programme?”
No, it isn't. There are no meal plans, no calorie counting and no restrictive food rules. The focus is on improving energy, stabilising blood sugar, supporting mood, reducing overwhelm and helping you feel more balanced in your body.
Some people do notice natural changes in their weight when their habits, hormones and blood sugar are more balanced, but this is not the goal of the programme- it isn’t designed as a weight-loss course.
