Hello. I'm Bethany.


For the past four years, I’ve worked with women to support their wellbeing through my personalised gut health online programme. However, along the way, I realised that healing doesn’t come just from food, supplements and functional testing.... It also comes from your body and your nervous system — in movement, in sound and in resilience.

This has also been true of my own healing journey, and that's why I created Bethany O'Toole Sessions.... a space for people who find stillness difficult, who want to feel more connected to themselves, and who are looking for accessible ways to build nervous system resilience.

You don’t need to be ‘into wellness’ or be spiritual to benefit from this work. You just need to be open to trying something new.

Whether you join me for a future in person session, or you simply want to learn more about the nervous system, you’ll be met exactly where you are.


What I share:

FAQ

Curious, unsure, or a bit nervous? You’re not alone. Here are some common questions I get about flow dance and sound baths.

Nope. This isn’t about looking a certain way or doing it “right.” There are zero steps, no choreography, and definitely no mirrors. You can move loads or barely at all — both are valid.

Flow Dance was created for people (like me) who find stillness hard, and who need a way to shift what they’re feeling without overthinking it.

Same. My brain rarely shuts up. That’s actually why I do this work. These sessions aren’t about achieving stillness — they’re about giving your system a chance to reset, even if your thoughts are still doing their thing.


You’ll be met exactly as you are, fidgety or not.

You lie down, get comfy under a blanket, and I play a mix of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments designed to calm your nervous system.


You don’t need to meditate or be ‘good at relaxing.’ Just let the sound do the work. Most people leave feeling way more grounded — even if their mind was busy at the start.

Yes. I get it — I’m not here to sell you magic. Everything I offer is grounded in real-life tools for nervous system support and emotional release.

Flow dance and sound baths can be powerful without needing to believe in anything you’re not into. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind — that’s enough.
