Oluwadamilola Oladimeji

Oluwadamilola “Dazzle” Oladimeji is a certified Emotional Intelligence (EI) coach, spoken word poet, creative writer, and podcast host. Through her platform, Dazzle’s Pod, she explores the transformative power of EI in personal and professional settings. Dazzle is also the author of Crested Crown, a memoir detailing her National Youth Service Corps experience. Her work emphasizes self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation as tools for effective leadership and meaningful relationships.
