Get the support you need and deserve by joining a bookseller mastermind group!
My bookseller masterminds consists of a 10-week session (we'll meet over Zoom on either Wednesdays or Thursdays at 12 pm Eastern), offered 2-3 times a year with the size of each session capped at a maximum of 6 stores. The cost is $350.
The topics below are general topics I'm prepared to discuss, but we'll also have time to discuss whatever emergency du jour is overwhelming you that week. This flexibility is one of the main benefits of mastermind groups over courses.
Satisfaction guaranteed! Past mastermind attendees have found these sessions invaluable, but if you attend and don't find the program worth more than the cost, I will be happy to give you a full refund provided you give me honest feedback on how to provide more value going forward.
Our next 10-week session will start on in February 2024. Priority is given to current mastermind students; after that the sessions will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis. So go ahead and reserve your spot using the form below.
Customers and new booksellers are completely surprised by how much sheer stuff there is that a bookseller needs to get done every day. We'll discuss tools and techniques to master the overwhelm and stress, though I can't promise that you'll ever find time to read at work :)
Bookstore success depends on creating smoothly running systems for all your everyday tasks -- customer special orders, restocking, website orders, social media posts, events, etc. Systems will change over time as new employees, tasks, and software get added so systems work is a constant.
Bookstores are a business and the better you understand business finances, the better decisions you'll make and the more likely your bookstore will survive and thrive. We'll demystify accounting terms and discuss how to monitor the financial health of your store.
Step 1: Fill in the form.
