A WEEKEND RETREAT FOR PEOPLE READY TO COME HOME TO THEMSELVES
Creating Space
Retreat
RECONNECT | RESET | RECLAIM

Reconnect
Come back to your body and learn to be with it in whatever state it is in. The power of presence and listening to what your body is really asking for (rest, nourishment, pleasure, movement, stillness) puts you in touch with the inner wisdom that has been there all along.

Reset
Gently shift your inner programming with curiosity and self-compassion. We’ve all absorbed ideas from family, culture, and old versions of yourself that keep us small or stuck. Investigating these stories and rules creates space to reset your reality - what you think and believe about yourself, what’s really important, what is possible.

Reclaim
Step into your autonomy and power, your sovereignty to choose your own path. Give yourself permission to choose what’s right for you and feel the freedom, confidence, and joy that result.
“When I got home, I wasn’t as reactive — I could pause and check in with myself and decide the best way to respond. I still feel like I'm glowing even a month after the retreat. I have so many examples of things aligning in my life. I am so thankful for the way the retreat
helped me reconnect with myself.”
-Rosamond, previous participant
Creating Space
It isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about meeting yourself with curiosity and compassion, enabling you to consciously respond, and embody your most authentic self.

Jen discovered yoga while looking to challenge her usual exercise routine, unaware at the time that the practice would unfold into a lifelong path of mindfulness, study, and teaching. Guided by respected teachers and mentors—including Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten, Kevan Gale, Alicia Molloy, Betty Riaz, and Jamie Russell—she has practiced yoga asana for over 20 years and completed both 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings, as well as the three-year Triyana Studies Mindfulness Program with Kevan Gale and the Fluid Yoga School. She is now a lead instructor for the school and teaches yoga teacher trainings, asana, and mindfulness classes at her studio, Village Yoga, in Newfane, Vermont. Expanding her work beyond the mat, she is also a certified sleep coach, trained by Dr. Gregg Jacobs of Harvard in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and supports those with chronic insomnia using practices grounded in both science and lived experience.
