When: Every Wednesday from January 21 to February 25, 2026
Time: 5:00 - 5:45 PM MST

What to Expect: The total commitment is approximately 60 minutes per week:
Group Zoom Calls (45 minutes per week): Connect and share with up to 3 other women
Individual Reflection (~5 minutes per week): Between group sessions, journaling prompts will set you up for success by shifting your exercise mindset.
Exercise Habit Experiments (~10 minutes per week): Apply your new knowledge and build exercise habits that fit into your life!
What you need: All you need to bring is yourself and a device to join each meeting! I also recommend a pen and paper, and your favorite beverage.
