Hey lovely Mum.... My name is Cheryl, married with 2 very energetic kids, 10 & 12 and a business owner. I know what it's like juggling work, million of clubs the kids attend, trying to keep the house in a relatively tidy state, and making sure everyone is fed and watered!! Time or lack of it is a problem when it comes to ourself.

A lot of us think that if we don't have an hour to do a class, then it doesn't count and won't be effective. I've helped lots of women just like you fit movement into their day and it's been proven that short workouts on a regular basis are just as effective - Its consistency that is KEY!

Having back surgery in 2011, I made a full recovery through practicing Pilates and running my own business and having 2 kids, the ME time was almost a no go. But, my short workouts do really work and can help reduce back pain, oil your tight hips, tighten up your tummy muscles that you think are just hidden and just take that moment to breathe to re set, de stress and calm the mind. I live pain free - I know it works!!


I do suffer from a bit of arthritis but, after a couple of weeks of short workouts - 10-15 minutes I realised that the aches and pains had diminished; I felt much less stiff and was really quite energised. My favourite class Cheryl has sent us is a 15 minute Full Body Movement - pretty much does what it says on the tin, giving a great stretch to start the day! And so convenient.... out of bed, on the mat in my pyjamas.

We all have to start somewhere, even me. I could hardly move my back after surgery but small consistent movement is what you need and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
