The four self-led sessions in LeadHER Quest will support you to reflect against the Wheel of Authentic Leadership, understand your Values, Compare and Contrast the two, and then Start Leading Yourself.
The sessions have been carefully curated to take you on a journey of self discovery and help you become a more heart-centred leader, who shows up for her people and gets the results because she cares about them.
LeadHER Quest is absolutely right for you if you want to look at who you are as a leader. It's for you to take ownership through self-led reflection so that you know exactly who you are as a leader, and where you would like to go as a leader.
So what do you get in LeadHER Quest?
This four session self-led programme will provide you with simple yet detailed instruction son how to leverage your thinking to create the leader you wish to become. You start with an Introduction video from Sharon who will set the scene for you, and then the following four sessions include and explanatory video to help you get started followed by a downloadable booklet for each session.
That all depends on you and the effort you wish to give this work. In order to reap the benefit of your financial investment, we recommend that you give each session at least one hour of your undivided attention. Really lean into this work - you are here because you want to feel the changes. You want to be the leader that inspires others, and that's exactly what you can do, as long as you do the work. Each video is under 5 minutes. We know how busy you are, and you don't want to be listening to Sharon going on about what you should be doing. This is for you to do the work, guided by carefully crafted session booklets that will offer you coaching questions to support your thinking.
All you need is paper and pen. Ideally, you could have access to a printer to print off the booklets, but if that's not possible then maybe treat yourself to a beautiful notebook where you can write your deepest thinking about your leadership journey. However, a few sheets of A4 will also do the job! Whatever works for you.
