Unfortunately, I can't help as many mothers as I'd like in person or online - there is only one me after all! But what I can do is keep in touch via email and send out a monthly dose of tips, resources, and reflections to help you better navigate the ups and downs of your mothering journey. From dealing with triggers, exploring the perfect mother myth, to finding time for that illusive self-care, I've got you covered.
