Hi, I'm Kelley
I know how the stresses of life can become overwhelming and how a safe healing setting can provide respite in difficult days.
I believe that honoring ourselves and our needs can help us bring our best to the world around us.

My specialties
I'm a licensed massage therapist in Missouri. Here are some of my favorite massage specialties to share with my community:
Keiraku (経絡) is a Japanese massage technique that works to balance energy flow through gentle pressure and mindful awareness. Meridian pathways (the Keiraku 経絡) are like gentle rivers of energy—they help circulate vital energy which supports physical, mental, and emotional health. The energy is called "Ki" or "Qi" (pronounced CHEE). When the pathways flow smoothly, the body feels balanced and relaxed.
Mind-Body Connection
My approach to massage therapy includes intentionally welcoming the nervous system to feel safe. This approach can allow the tight tissues to unwind.
"You can't inflict relaxation" - Ralph Stevens
I developed a unique 30 minute clothed "tactical" or "kinetic" relaxation" massage sequence toward this goal.
As a lifelong learner, I have attended training through
