Move from Within is a slow, gentle movement practice based in movements you might find in a traditional yoga class. It allows each person to go at their own pace based on the individual fitness levels, learning to move into the center or midline of the body to attain maximum balance, strength and healthy functional movement supported by the core.

Yes, all movements can be modified to each persons physical needs and conditions.
There are 2 classes scheduled per month (bi-weekly). This subscription entitles you to 2 class passes per month, but if you don't use it in a given month\ you don't lose it.
You may pause or cancel this subscription at any time.
We encourage you to use any kind of props or other support items you may need during this movement class
