Each month there will be an in person Forest Therapy walk to help you search for meaning and connect with yourself and nature.

Monthly online guided EcoNidra meditation to help visualise what you seek.

Psychotherapeutic Input


Workbooks for each month, to support deeper understanding and exploration of yourself, based on psychotherapy theoretical models. You will also get a 1-2-1 session with myself, for a deep dive into anything that comes up for you along this journey.

About

Why I created this programme...

I created this course as a result of my own wanderings. I have never really felt like I fit in anywhere - not cool enough, not edgy enough, not smart enough, not weird enough etc So I stopped trying to fit in and be like everyone else and sought where I wanted to be. Knowing this wasn't for anyone else, it was just for me!

I found my space in nature, the place that feels like home, when I'm never alone, even when I am by myself.

I continued walking my own path for a few years when I started to wander of track again.

This time it felt bigger. I was of that age where society presumes you are a mum, all I could find around me was groups for mums, however that wasn't on the cards for me. I knew I wanted to get back on my path but I was lost deep in a forest of fear and anxiety, where my usual coping methods were not working. I turned inwards and did the deep hard work. I worked on re-writing my limiting beliefs, reframing my phobias, and rationalising my anxiety. Whilst this is still a work in progress, I found my way back to my path. Back to where I needed to be.

Back to the space where I feel I belong.

Back to myself and truly becoming the person I want to be.

Together, you will be guided to find and walk your own path, to understand yourself, to find where you truly belong and become your authentic self.

What it is:

A 7 month programme to support you in finding yourself and finding your place through nature connections, meditations and psychotherapeutic input in a safe and contained small group.

This course is for you if:

  • feeling lost and looking for a sense of belonging

  • seeking authenticity and inner peace

  • what to connect to yourself, nature and others.

* Monthly guided forest therapy walks to reconnect with yourself

More about myself

I am Claire, from Inside Nature Wellbeing, I am a Natured-Based Psychotherapist, ANFT Forest Therapy Guide and an EcoNidra Teacher. I work with individuals and groups to support them in slowing down and finding a deeper understanding and connection of themselves and with nature.

Practically, you will get:

7 x 3 hour forest therapy walks.

7 x 1 hour online EcoNidra meditation sessions.

7 x monthly work books.

Accountability group chat.

1 x 1.5 hour 1-2-1 session with myself.

Emotionally and spiritually you will get:

This can be paid in instalments:

7 x monthly instalments of £100

Online sessions will be recorded in case you are unable to attend and will be available for a week after the date.

If you are unable to meet make a group walk, you might like to use that month to use your 1:1 session with myself, where we can explore the themes of the month in a more personal way. You will also have your workbook, and the accountability group.

Throughout each session, in person or online, there will prompts and reflection points for you to complete.

We will have a group chat where I will post at regular intervals to encourage your progress and development.

There will also be some outcome measured scales to help you track and see your progress in a more tangable way.

The walks will go ahead what ever the weather, we will discuss how to keep warm and dry when the course starts.

In the event of any of these:

  • High winds

  • Thunder and lighting

  • Ice

  • Torrential rain

  • Excessive heat (+25)

I will make the decision to post pone the walk for an other time that suits the majority of the group.
