I've spent over 15 years coaching athletes and enthusiasts across all levels and backgrounds. My approach is straightforward: honest programming, no shortcuts, no BS — just consistent, intelligent training that fits your life and moves you forward week after week.

How it Works:

  • When you sign in, you'll receive two detailed emails: Primer and Q&A

  • Every Sunday, you're emailed a new training week.

  • 3–4 structured sessions. 

  • Exercises, sets, reps, etc. All included

  • Each week contains 3 tiers:
    - Kettlebell Sport
    - Strength
    - Running 

  • You may follow one or all - if time allows

  • The rest is in the email...

Before you ask here's what most people want to know.

Life happens. Don't stress it.

Miss a session? Skip it and pick up where the week left off. Don't try to cram it all in.

Miss a full week? Jump back into the current week with slightly reduced loads and give yourself a few days to find your rhythm again.

We're building a long-term process here one missed week changes nothing.

Previous weeks' stay archived so you can always go back if needed.

New workouts land in your inbox every Sunday. That's it — no apps, no logins, no hunting around.

Cancellation is via your own PayPal invoice or account. On the desktop site, go to Settings (gear) > Payments > Automatic payments.
