Any adult who wants to gain the skills and strategies to navigate overwhelming emotions and lead a more focused, peaceful life. You do not have to have an official ADHD diagnosis to benefit from this workshop!

This one-hour workshop includes a brief Q&A session at the end. You'll gain practical skills you can apply immediately, and all resources covering the techniques used will be sent out afterwards.

As a parent, therapist, and clinical supervisor, I bring a mix of personal experience and professional expertise to help you navigate emotional challenges with ADHD.

The workshop will be delivered on Zoom. If you have a second device, you can join in using Mentimeter, making the experience interactive and collaborative—without putting anyone in the spotlight (we’ve all been there, right?).

The workshop is 1 hour long and there will be time for a short Q&A at the end.

Mentimeter is an interactive tool that allows participants to share their thoughts, vote in polls, and engage in real-time discussions during presentations or workshops. It makes collaboration easy and most importantly fun.
