In-persons sessions offered regularly - to help you get into a routine
Small class size (max. 6 - 8 people) in a quiet setting

What is mindful movement?
Mindful movement as I teach it is a unique combination of gentle stretching and movement combined with basic mindfulness.
Each session begins with a warm-up followed by a sequence of movements and beginner yoga poses. Using body and breath awareness we help the mind be present. We close with a moment of stillness.
Sessions can be offered in a group setting or privately one-on-one.
If you:
-> want physical movement but with care for your body
-> have always wanted to try yoga but don’t think you are flexible or you have some physical concerns
Then mindful movement might be just what you need!
You choose whether to sign up for a series or purchase individual drop-in sessions to attend when you can. For drop-in, it's dependent on the series running and available space each week, so please contact Lorinda to make arrangements.

Group sessions take place in the Kinepraktijk space (lower level, note there are stairs down to this room).
Private sessions can be offered online or in-person at a location to be mutually agreed (in the Leuven, Belgium area).




About Lorinda

Lorinda Brinton is a certified mindfulness and yoga teacher.
Her interest in wellness and well-being began more than 20 years ago, with a deep pull and curiosity toward self-awareness and ongoing self-development.
Lorinda's 120+ hours of mindful movement, yoga, meditation and mindful eating sessions have been delivered to colleagues and community members (both group and private) have been well-attended with positive feedback.
