No Experience Needed

You don’t need to know how to meditate.

Whether your mind feels busy or your emotions feel heavy, you will be gently guided every step of the way.

There is nothing to get right.

Just showing up is enough.

Born from Lived Experience

The Zen Room was born from Sadie’s own journey through loss.

After the sudden death of her husband, meditation and spiritual practice became a lifeline — a way to navigate grief and slowly rediscover peace.

Now, she holds this space for others, with compassion, presence, and deep understanding.
