Private room with full program access.
• $3,400 USD – Couple (2 participants)
Shared king room (or one room with two queen beds, available on a first-come, first-served basis) with full program access.

What’s Not Included:
We’ve designed this program to cover nearly everything you’ll need during your stay. The following expenses are not included:
• Airfare (international and domestic)
• Transportation to and from San Miguel de Allende (We can help make the arrangements except for bus tickets)
– Private car from BJX or QRO: approx. $1,900 pesos each way
– Private car from MEX (Mexico City): approx. $4,900 pesos each way
– Bus from MEX: about $45 USD per person each way (you’ll purchase your tickets online)
• Lunches, 5 dinners, and personal spending
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of this small-group experience.
Confirmed Trip
All reservations require full payment at the time of booking, which is non-refundable as we begin finalizing logistics, confirming local experts, and securing venues.
If You Need to Cancel
If you’re unable to attend after booking, you have two options:
• Transfer your spot to another participant (someone you designate or someone on our waitlist).
• If we’re able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist, we’ll refund your payment minus a $200 USD cancellation fee per person to cover administrative and processing costs.
We do not offer credits for future Discovery Weeks in the case of cancellation.
If We Must Cancel
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the program for any reason (for example, circumstances beyond our control), you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made.
We appreciate your understanding. This flexible-yet-firm policy allows us to plan and deliver a high-quality, small-group experience with confidence while respecting your investment.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes Health and Trip Cancellation coverage, to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes or if the program is canceled for any reason. Many policies cover prepaid flights, lodging, and tours. For maximum flexibility, you may want to explore policies that include a 'Cancel for Any Reason' (CFAR) option.
