Join us for a nourishing and inspiring day retreat on May 10th, set in the peaceful countryside of Lliria. Step away from the busyness of city life and take a day to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body, your food, and nature in the vibrant energy of spring.

This experience is open to anyone curious about healthy, conscious ways of cooking and reconnecting with nature. Together, we will explore how to support our wellbeing through seasonal nutrition, movement, and mindful connection.

Idoia

Is a passionate yoga teacher and conscious cooking facilitator, dedicated to supporting a holistic and balanced lifestyle.

His yoga practice integrates Hatha, Integral, and Vinyasa, creating sessions that are both grounding and energizing, accessible to all levels. With a focus on mindful movement and breath, his classes invite you to reconnect with your body and inner rhythm.

Alongside yoga, Ido specializes in conscious vegetarian cuisine. He offers group and private workshops, as well as cooking for events and personalized catering. His approach to food is rooted in awareness, seasonality, and nourishment—turning cooking into a creative and joyful experience.

Kerstin

Creates spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and restore their wellbeing.

Her work combines Craniosacral Balancing, Mindfulness Coaching, and Reiki, supporting balance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Inspired by nature and mindful living, she brings a gentle and grounded approach to her offerings.
