I’ve been teaching Pilates for 20 years, but trust me — I didn’t start out strong or flexible. In the beginning, everything felt challenging. My neck, back, shoulders, and hips all complained… and my core was pretty much asleep.
That’s exactly why I created Pilates for the People. I want you to feel supported, encouraged, and capable — no matter where you’re starting from. My classes are designed to help you build strength in a way that feels good, sustainable, and empowering.
Together, we’ll work on better posture, stronger muscles, and a body you feel confident moving in every day.
