Here’s what we’ll be doing together:
Action Plan Template for a Strong Start - At the start of the challenge, you’ll get a template to help you define your task, break it down, and map out a plan. This will help you clarify your goals and give you a strong starting point for the month.
Daily Small Steps - Every day, we’ll take one small, specific action that’s manageable—even when you’re busy. The focus isn’t on racing to the finish, but on building steady momentum and taking consistent steps forward.
Weekly Tips & Tools - Each week, I’ll send practical tips and tools focused on tackling procrastination. These science-backed strategies will help you understand why you might be delaying things and give you techniques to overcome those patterns.
Mid-Month Progress Check - Halfway through November, I’ll send a second questionnaire to help you review your progress and adjust any goals or steps if needed. We’ll look at what’s working and where we might need to refocus to stay on track.
End-of-Month Reflection - As we wrap up, a final questionnaire will help you reflect on what you achieved and learned, giving you insights you can carry forward.
By the end of November, the “worst” outcome is that you’ll have gained valuable insight into your habits and identified what triggers those delays. And the best? You’ll finally finish that one thing you were procrastinating, feel a sense of accomplishment, and be ready to move forward without the usual doubts or procrastination patterns getting in your way.
