What if I've never lifted weights before? +
Perfect — that's exactly who this is for. We start where you are, and all classes are beginner-friendly with full modifications.
How much time do I need each day? +
Plan for 30–60 minutes most days. Some days it's a 20-minute walk. Others a 45-minute strength class. We help you fit it in.
What if I can't make the live calls? +
All calls are recorded. Watch on your own time and submit questions in the community anytime.
I have injuries or joint pain. Can I still do this? +
Yes. Modifications are provided for all movements, and your onboarding session helps us understand what you need before we start.
Will you tell me exactly what to eat? +
We give clear guidance on protein goals, meal timing, and priorities — but not rigid meal plans. You'll learn principles you can apply to your own food and life.
What about hormone therapy (HRT)? +
This program complements HRT — it doesn't replace it. These lifestyle strategies work powerfully alongside your medical support.
