  • complete your booking securely

A few important notes

  • New Beginnings Retreats are in-person, small-group experiences held in West Yorkshire
  • Places are limited and bookings are confirmed on payment
  • Your booking reserves your place for the full retreat day
  • Payment plans (if offered) reserve your place in full once the first payment is made




Refunds & Cancellations (because life happens)

I understand that plans can change, and I aim to handle cancellations with clarity, fairness, and care.

By completing your booking, you agree to the cancellation policy outlined below.

All refunds are issued less any non-refundable banking or payment processing fees incurred at the time of your transaction.

Cancellation policy

28 days or more before the retreat start date
You are entitled to a 100% refund of the retreat fee, minus banking and payment processing fees.

Between 21 and 11 days before the retreat start date
You are entitled to a 60% refund, minus banking and payment processing fees.

Between 10 and 4 days before the retreat start date
You are entitled to a 20% refund, minus banking and payment processing fees.

3 days or fewer before the retreat start date
No refund is available at this stage, as venue, catering, and facilitation costs will already have been committed.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email and are effective from the date the email is received.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

I always aim to act with integrity, kindness, and transparency, while also honouring the commitments involved in holding a retreat space.
