What to Expect

Besides looking like a hotty - you also want to have more energy to do all the things you do, stop aches and pains in your joints, reduce cravings for all the wrong foods and learn simple, time saving yet effective ways to eat and exercise.

How does it work?

It's a four or eight weeks nutrition and exercise program (you get better results from eight weeks). It is 90 days if you decide to do the 90 Day Transformation Plan.

You can choose to just do Exercise on its own.

You can also choose to do just the Healthy Roots Nutrition package on its own. See info for the Nutrition plans below.

The exercise coaching is online and includes:

  • 30 mins Consult at start of plan to ask questions about your designed workouts and meal plans.

  • 1 x live Technique check call, one on one with me at the start of your plan. This will be done on Zoom for 30 mins.

  • 20-45 minutes personalised workout videos using my videos on the Fitness To A Tee phone app 3-4/wk. (You can log in to the app once you sign up to the coaching with me and I've designed your plan.)

  • Weekly check-ins via Whatsapp, email or text.

  • Personalised detox +/or meal plan..

  • 30 mins Consult call at the end of your plan.



Healthy Roots Nutrition Plan

I put you on a personalised meal plan. The meal plan is designed using the exact portions which I calculate catered for your height, weight, goals and schedule/lifestyle. It includes healthy foods you like eating, including any traditional foods from your country of origin (if that's important to you), along with right portions for your body.

A meal plan alongside exercise is best for good results.

I advise that you start with the detox plan which is for three weeks then go onto the lifestyle healthy eating meal plan. The choice is yours though.

The detox plan is a healthy reset for your body and will cleanse you of toxins. We will decide how long you will do it for after week two. The maximum is four weeks.

The detox has a range of easy to make juices, smoothies and other wholefoods like pumpkin, sweet potato, veggies and lean meats like chicken and/or fish.

What You Need

    You can get simple equipment such as:

    • dumbbells (minimum of 2 sizes which I will discuss with you in your initial Consult

    • a short and long resistance band (also available from my Activewear line)

    • Skipping rope

    • Mat

    • Foam roller

    Any other equipment you already have can be discussed in your initial consult. 

    Support

      In the plans, you have support from me via phone or Zoom so you are free to contact me anytime to ask about the program, except for Saturdays and Sundays as I rest on those days.

    Who Am I

      Welcome! (Titambire, ngiyalamukela!) My name is Teurai (aka “Tee”), I’m in my forties and a proudly Zimbabwean woman based in Australia! I’m a Personal Fitness Trainer and Holistic Health & Wellness Coach who provides Online Fitness Programs. I currently live in Australia, but I’ve also had the pleasure of calling Germany and the UK my home.

      I have trained clients in the US, Canada, Europe and Africa. Plus, I once got to do my awesome work sailing around the world on a luxury cruise ship for nine months! I had so much fun and was so inspired I wrote a book about it.

      I enjoy working out, celebrating life, dancing and I would love to do this with all of you! My approach to health and fitness is holistic: the mind, emotions and the body must work together to achieve the result you want!
