Where it all began

A few years ago, I was just like so many of the women I help today — I was in the beginning of my journey and I had just opened my home-based dog grooming business.

I wanted to add value, I wanted to build trust and loyalty, I wanted to establish myself as an "expert", I wanted to compete with bigger and more established dog grooming businesses but...

I didn't have a big budget. In fact I had a very modest budget.

How was I going to achieve my goals? I had come too far to give up now. I realised I had to get creative.

One of the key elements that helped me to achieve my goals was the monthly newsletter that I decided to create.
