Meet Liz, Owner and Lead Menopause and Wellness Coach at Healthy New Me
I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to struggle for answers and support during menopause. My own journey began unexpectedly at 35, and like so many women, I often felt dismissed and left without the care I needed. That experience inspired me to turn my challenges into a mission.
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN), and with years of academic knowledge, I now dedicate my work to helping women like you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don’t have to go through this alone — I’m here to make sure your menopause journey is better than mine.
