Hey there stressed out business owner! I see you, doing all the things, and wearing all the hats...
Running a business can be tough, especially for solopreneurs or solo operators, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed at times.
If you've stumbled across this page you're probably considering outsourcing some of your tasks to reduce your workload and restore a better work/ life balance. Outsourcing is a great way to help relieve some of that stress and work smarter, not harder!
But what the heck should you actually outsource?!
It's a common question I see; and figuring out what tasks to outsource is one of the first steps in your outsourcing journey.
Some people know right away what tasks they want to outsource, but others need some more help figuring it out.
That's where this guide comes in. It's been designed as a practical workbook to help you figure out what tasks to outsource. I will guide you through my simple 4 step process and by the end you should have a much better idea of what tasks to outsource specifically for YOU and YOUR business.
Now this is more than just another run of the mill "here's a list of 20 tasks you can outsource" deal though. This 12 page workbook is a step by step guide, full of helpful information and simple steps you can do, to help you work out what tasks to outsource.
This will require you to TAKE ACTION to get the most from it! But don't worry it's nothing too difficult or time consuming and I'll guide you through every step.
I do however recommend setting aside some dedicated time to go through this workbook so you can really focus on it. Spending a little bit of time figuring this out now will potentially save you loads more time in the future when you actually outsource all of those tasks!
* Full of helpful information and example tasks to get you thinking
* Simple 4 step process to follow which will help you identify what tasks to outsource in YOUR business
* Workbook style e-book so you have space to write in the answers for each step as you go
* Fillable PDF format so you can complete it online; or print it and hand write in it, whichever you prefer

So what makes me qualified to develop this guide about outsourcing tasks? Good question. Let me tell you a little more about me...
Hi, I'm Denise from McLaren Business Services.
I work as a virtual assistant providing remote admin support to other small business owners. I've worked in admin for more years than I care to remember and have been running my own VA business for a while now.
As a solopreneur myself and through working with various clients over the years, I have a good understanding of the struggles faced by many other small business owners and solopreneurs (and I've faced plenty of these challenges myself along the way too!).
Being on the "other side" of outsourcing, where people are outsourcing their tasks to me means I know a lot about it (my whole business is based around people outsourcing tasks after all!).
I've seen time and time again people in various chat groups asking what sort of tasks they should outsource, and not knowing where to begin with outsourcing. I've had many enquiries from people knowing they need help, but unsure what tasks to actually hand over. I've worked with plenty of people to help them determine which tasks to outsource, but I thought it would be good to be able to help more people get started on their outsourcing journey - whether that's with me or someone else.
So, I developed this simple DIY guide/ workbook as a starting point for people looking to identify what tasks to outsource. It's based on my years of experience in this area, and follows the exact steps I have worked through with many people to help them decide what tasks to outsource for their business and to suit their particular circumstances.
I hope you find it helpful. Happy outsourcing!
