Qualified Career Practitioner

A Registered Practising Career Development Practitioner (RPCDP) is a qualified professional recognised by the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) who meets national standards for education, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development to provide evidence-based career guidance and counselling across all life stages.

Funded & Flexible Support Options

Eligible Defence partners may be able to access up to $1,500 in PEAP funding through the Department of Defence to engage Wisepath services. You are fully reimbursed for your investment (eligibility criteria applies).

Getting started is simple:

Apply for PEAP via the Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) Online form.
Purchase your service from Wisepath, and you will be provided a receipt for payment.
Forward your receipt and application to DMFS for reimbursement.

We also offer flexible packages and private coaching for Defence partners who want to invest in their career development without applying for funding.
