Hey, I'm Pierpaolo
and for more than 25 years I’ve helped banks, financial institutions, and global teams turn complexity into clarity.
From million-Swiss Francs merger integrations to portfolio governance across thousands of people, I’ve been in the trenches where strategy meets delivery.

Yes. The free 1:1 diagnostic clarifies your goals and constraints. You receive a 30-60-90-day plan and a recommended path. If it is not useful, we stop there.
Remote by default. Onsite by agreement, with pre‑approved travel at cost.

Yes. You can upgrade from Accelerator to Bridge or Foundation with a pro‑rata credit for unused value within 14 days of purchase.
Reschedule free up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows count as used time. Clarity Sessions (1 hour) are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before. Packages are refundable within 14 days if unused; after the first session, any unused time converts to a credit valid 6 months. Bundles inherit the base program’s policy.
