HOW TO GET THERE
Transportation
If you arrive by plane:
Fly to International Airport Athens. Take Metro (line M3) directly from the Airport to Piraeus Port or go by taxi.
From Piraeus port there are frequent ferries and fast boats to Aegina Town (approx. 40 min). Port pick up can be arranged.
If you are arriving by car, please check the schedule for car ferries. There is a free parking at the hotel.

About us
Katarzyna Spyridakis
ORGANIZER
For the last few years, she has been running projects devoted to women education and development (ULTI and Fundacja Inspired). Katarzyna (friends call her Kasia) is a sociolinguist and an English language trainer, specialising in intercultural communication. Kasia lives a life of an expat herself, with the experience of living and working in more than 5 countries, she is currently based in Athens, Greece. A mom of two very energetic boys (9 and 5 y.o.).
OUR TRAINERS
Fotini Bitrou
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Fotini comes from Aegina and operates the Kouros studio in the town of Aegina. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 Certified teacher and graduate Department of Physical Education and Sport Science - University of Athens. Formerly a nationwide champion in 800m and 1500m athletics. She has delivered more than 9.000 hours of yoga teaching and completed more than 60 yoga retreats. We are in good hands!
Margarita Cordova
Peruvian artist, currently based in Athens. Margarita works with a wide range of materials and techniques that allows her to express her femininity and her interest in nature. Since her family has been moving around for the last 14 years, Art and the creation of artwork keep her productive and more active than ever! Margarita graduated from Fine Art School in Peru with a degree in Latin America Art History and since 2003 she has participated in different collective exhibitions in many countries across Europe and Asia.
"COFFEE CREATIONS":
ART WORKSHOP
"If you like coffee you will love this workshop! Coffee mixture is a fantastic medium to work with, it behaves exactly like watercolour, and plus, you will be surrounded by the coffee aroma while working on your masterpiece. Easy and pleasant to create with, it gives a wide range of sepia. Come and enjoy!

Reservation deposit: 100 euro
To reserve a spot on the Retreat, a non refundable reservation deposit of one hundred euro (100 euro) is required. The remaining balance amount is to be paid no later than 45 days prior to the retreat start date.
The retreat price is charged per person and does not include transportation to/from Aegina and travel/medical insurance and hotel tax.
Cancellation:
If cancellation takes place more than thirty (30) days prior to retreat start date, then any payments made will be fully refunded minus the deposit.
We need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements therefore:
If cancellation takes place less than thirty (30) days prior to retreat start date, then 50% of payments made will be refunded minus your deposit.
If cancellation takes place less than seven (7) days prior to retreat start date, then 100% of total amount will be forfeited. It is possible to transfer the reservation on to another person.
