Praying Your Prodigal Home...
How do we do that, and what weapons do we use? This is not a flesh-and-blood fight.
Ephesians 6:12 NKJV
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
WEAPONS
1) The Word of God. Do what Jesus did and use the Word. Pray the Word and speak the Word. It does not come back void.
2) The name of Jesus. Jesus is the name above every name. There is nothing higher. Philippians 2:9
3) The blood of Jesus.
4) Love. Satan cannot handle love. He did not understand the love that made Jesus get on that Cross. He said he'd have never crucified the Lord of Glory had he known. 1 Corinthians 2:8

There are many reasons for what happened on all sides, but my daughter had completely turned away from Jesus, even saying she didn't think she ever believed in Him.

In this video, I share my son's leaving. He moved out at the age of 19, offended at me, but still came around. However, by the time he was 22, I noticed serious changes, and by November 2023, he walked away, saying very harsh things and feeling he would be better off without parents. He took our youngest daughter, who was about 18 at the time, feeling he'd be a better parent. He also wanted nothing to do with God anymore.

My son Timothy went to college in Richmond, Virginia, 12 years ago.
He joined the American Orthodox church. After college, he worked for 2 years to pay off his student loans.
Thereafter, he packed up all his belongings, gave away most of it, and joined an orthodox Monastery in Buena Vista, Colorado.
This is where he is now. The bishop of the Monastery will not allow him to come home. He has turned his back on his family. There is little to no contact. We are pagans to him. I have not seen my boy since June 2020. I last spoke to him on the phone 2 years ago, when the Bishop was out of the country and couldn't monitor his call.

He was born again and water baptised in high school.
I BELIEVE HE IS COMING HOME.
We thank God twice a day for bringing our son home.
