Rooting into Change
A space to connect, find belonging, share and be with what is in times of global upheaval. We focus on reconnecting to our resources, our bodies and roots by working with somatic practices, mindfulness and imagination.

Community
With a monthly circle, we intend to create a space of belonging and connection. To witness one another in our hopes and struggles connects us to our shared humanity and helps us move through our transformation. We were never meant to do this alone.
Somatic
Work
Our bodies and especially the nervous systems are an essential part of how we see, feel, and move through the world. We will guide you through embodiment practices that will support you in cultivating safety, flexibility, and choice in your everyday life.
Decolonial Approach
We believe that our personal stories are part of a bigger story written into our body, mind and soul. By dismantling the way systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma shape our lives, we can reclaim our inherent resilience and ancestral gifts to move towards the world we want to co-create.

How can we be a part of creating a world, where we can live in dignity, safety, belonging and in reciprocity with each other and the land?
About us
We are Sarah Sameera and Nadine Ramez. We work as somatic practitioners and share our interest in trauma informed work and spirituality that includes a decolonial perspective and acknowledges the political reality of historically marginalized people. We wanted to create something that we long for ourselves and are looking forward to share this space with you.
