Authentic Relationships Without Losing Yourself

You don't need to give yourself away in order to find connection!

Join me for a FREE 60 minute experiential workshop where you'll learn the most impactful somatic practices I walk my clients through to free yourself of second guessing, people-pleasing, and over giving without it taking a toll on your nervous system.

How would it feel to say what you really think without hesitating, feeling guilty, or sensing a pit in your stomach?

I suspect you naturally go above and beyond...

  • staying extra late at work

  • arriving early to help out for a family event

  • anticipating what everyone at home needs without being asked

...all while dealing with the craziness of the world.

You might think your choices are to:

A) suck it up and do all the things while exhausting yourself and end the night lying in a dark room with a migraine OR

B) push yourself to say no, feel guilty for days, and replay your conversation in your head wondering if everyone is mad at you.

What if there was a different way to process your worries, anxiety, and overwhelm more effectively without endless journaling or rehashing your story?

While traditional therapy may have you talk through a situation, reframe your thoughts, or mentally rehearse what you're going to say (all super valid & helpful), what I have found over 15+ years of supporting clients who have sensitive nervous systems and are over thinkers (👋🏾, me too!) is that body based approaches that help you get out of your head and into your body are a powerful way to help you process and release the memories and experiences your body is still holding onto keeping you feeling anxious and on edge in your relationships.

What if I told you that:

  • It’s possible to draw in relationships where you can HAVE needs, ask for support, and trust that others will show up for you.

  • Instead of overthinking, you can learn practices to metabolize fear/anxiety/self-doubt & trust yourself to handle the situation in front of you

  • It's possible to figure out what feels right for a situation (which is nuanced), say what you can and can't do, and not give it a second thought

It's possible to feel lighter, more confident, and happier in your relationships.

In this 60 minute experiential workshop, we'll walk through several guided practices where you'll tune into different relationships in your life and see more clearly where you're giving yourself away or holding yourself back so you can start to take your power back.

These are the exact practices my 1:1 clients have used to lessen their anxiety, stand up for themselves, ask for what they need, and stop defaulting to people-pleasing at the expense of their mental health.

You might be wondering, why am I offering this for free?

In a world where nuance is harder to come by, it's more important than ever to have the skills to be able to tune into your own and others' needs in a way that honors the importance of relationships AND gives you the permission to set values aligned boundaries so you're not left spinning out, depleted, and resentful.

After nearly 15 years of supporting countless clients to better tune into their bodies, I know it's possible to find ways to make sure you're not neglecting yourself while also showing up more authentically for the people you care about AND actually improving the quality of your relationships.

Want to learn how to be more honest with yourself about what you need, NOT be overtaken by the needs of everyone else around you, and feel more supported in your relationships?

Hi, I'm Manisha

I'm a somatic practitioner and have spent over two decades studying, practicing and teaching an array of somatic practices one on one and in groups.

I didn't realize it until years later, but, as someone with a sensitive nervous system, I'd always been drawn to practices that would help me feel grounded in my body. Over the years, I've studied yoga, meditation, craniosacral therapy, inner relationship focusing and the learning never ends.

The combination of learning how to slow down, be with my emotions, and navigate triggers using body based practices and studying attachment, nervous system physiology and relationship dynamics is what actually helped me shift from constantly overthinking and avoiding conflict, to being able to pause, find my inner steadiness and speak up (even if my voice feels shaky!)

I absolutely love creating safe spaces and blending a variety of somatic modalities to help people process what's keeping them anxious or repeating the same old (dysfunctional) patterns in relationships. While I love spiritual practices and have studied and incorporated astrology into my client work for years, I have a very grounded approach to healing as a licensed occupational therapist, yoga teacher, and a forever student of the impacts of early and intergenerational trauma on our relationships.

We need more smart, compassionate people not second guessing themselves and allowing themselves to shine in order to make this world a better place.

I hope you'll join me!
