This mentee came to me asking for help with communicating confidently in meetings with senior leaders at her work. After some targeted digging, she was able to discover that communication was never her issue…her toxic work environment was. Together, we worked on making the mindset shifts & implementing the boundaries she would need to be okay every day while creating space for her to explore her next move. Shortly after, she was out of that project and was starting on a new team directly in alignment with her goals & needs.
This mentee was getting through each day in complete survival mode. Her nervous system was so conditioned to working under extreme stress that she was frequently getting sick and was seeing chronic consequences to her mental and physical health. We worked together to understand her body in survival mode, what was triggering it, and how to move forward in a way where she could take ownership for creating the psychological safety she needs every day.
This mentee was stuck deep in a work environment where she determined her value and success based on making everyone else happy. She realized this was not sustainable for her and we worked together to redefine what success looks and feels like for her, while clearly defining what is and is not in her locus of control so she could put healthy boundaries in place.
This mentee’s mind was totally blown once we started digging into listening to our intuition to uncover what we truly desire fulfills us in life. We talked about what that looks & feels like and the immense breadth of possibility that is available to us when we let our true selves guide us. What started as fear & apprehension looking out into the vast unknown, ended as excitement, energy, and motivation for understanding that she has control over what she wants to call forward into her next chapter & ultimately designing a fulfilling life.
During our time together you will: 1️⃣ get clear on what they want for their next chapter, 2️⃣ identify what building blocks they need to get there, 3️⃣ understand the specific, sustainable, & aligned action steps they need to take to get from step 0 to 1. At the end of our 30-days, you will have… ✅ an understanding of what exactly is not working for you right now and why that is causing you to feel stuck; ✅ a clear picture of what lifestyle you are working towards building in your next chapter, and what are the core pieces to focus on, specific to YOU and your goals; ✅ a mini-roadmap of how to put those core pieces together so that you understand where you are at right now, and what your major action steps will be to get you where YOU want to go; ✅ specific micro-action steps identified to get you sustainably and confidently moving from step 0 (where you are right now) to step 1 (where you want to be) with ease.
Each week we will have our 60-minute mentorship session, however I recommend 1-2 hours prior to each session to really go through the videos, templates, and guides for each week so you are prepared for our chat. The more you are able to work through prior to our call at the end of each week, the more feedback, guidance, and support I will be able to provide you. Yes! I will actually personally dive into everything you work through prior to our chat so that our time together is as maximized as possible (Plus, don’t forget that we’ll have a private slack channel to continue the discussion and answer questions throughout the week.)
