Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Open to residents worldwide.

• This promotion is void where prohibited.

Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must subscribe to The Bircher Bar community email list.

• For additional entries, participants can:

  • Like the promotional post on Instagram.

  • Share the post to their Instagram story and tag @TheBircherBar (must be a public profile for entry verification).

• Only one email subscription entry per person is permitted. Additional entries via Instagram engagement is permitted.

Entry Period

• The promotion runs from Monday 10th February until midnight Wednesday 19th February 2025.

• All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (AEST), Wednesday 19th February 2025.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

• The selected winner will be notified via email on 20th February 2025.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of initial contact, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Details

• The prize is a Wellness Pack valued at over $160, including products from various wellness brands.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be offered.

• The Bircher Bar reserves the right to replace any item in the pack with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

• No responsibility is taken for The Bircher Bar if it is lost in mail or not received. Winner will be notified once prize is mailed out. No replacement will be offered.

• By entering, participants agree to receive email communication from The Bircher Bar. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• Your personal information will not be shared with third parties outside of those needed to fulfil the giveaway and will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability Release

• The Bircher Bar is not responsible for any technical issues, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any issues beyond its control.

• By entering, participants agree to release The Bircher Bar from any liability related to this giveaway or use of the prize.
