Several years ago, my mental health took a nosedive.

That was true until I turned to diet. I addressed deficiencies, under-nourishment, blood sugar and more. Finally, I felt grounded for the first time in years. I was no longer living in my head and felt present, calm, and confident in my day-to-day.
