I’m a Sacred Midwife, a Channeller, an Energy Healer, and a Spiritual Doula.

When I had my first baby, the world had just shut down due to the pandemic.
I was isolated, overwhelmed, and completely unprepared for what postpartum would actually feel like.
I remember thinking: Where did I go?
I felt invisible. Guilty for how I felt. Disconnected from my body. Lost in emotions I didn’t know how to name—let alone process.

Before becoming a mother, I was independent. Driven. In control of my life and my work.
And suddenly, I felt grief for the woman I used to be.
That grief—along with the shame and the silence—became a wake-up call.

That was the beginning of my own rebirth.

I realized I wasn’t just tired. I was out of alignment.
I had been stuck in my masculine, in performance mode for years—and postpartum cracked me open.
It was painful, but it showed me the deep healing that becomes possible when we return to our feminine energy. When we reclaim our power as women. As mothers. As vessels of creation. After walking through the fire, I found myself — not the woman I once was, but the woman I was always meant to become: I emerged softer yet stronger, anchored in my feminine power, profoundly connected to my body, rooted in love, guided by spirit, and devoted to lighting the path for others.

In past lives, I had done this work before. I had held women through transitions, through birth, through death and rebirth.
