Will I see results immediately?
Many participants feel relaxed and notice a difference right after the session! It might be subtle though, that's why I suggest taking a before photo of your face in natural light, without facial expressions. After the workshop, it will be easier to do a before and after comparison.
Can I practice face yoga if I've had cosmetic procedures like Botox, fillers, or facelifts?
Yes, generally you can still practice face yoga after cosmetic procedures. It can complement the effects of treatments by improving circulation and relaxing tension. However, it’s essential to consult your doctor to ensure it’s safe for your specific case and to determine how soon you can start after a procedure.
What do I need to start practicing face yoga?
Getting started with face yoga is simple — you just need clean hands, a mirror to monitor your movements, something to drink, and a quiet space. No special tools are required! I only suggest that you wash your face prior to the workshop and use a soft moisturizer (not oily).
Is there scientific evidence supporting the effectiveness of face yoga?
While research on face yoga is still growing, some studies show promising results. For instance, one study found that practicing facial exercises for 20 weeks helped middle-aged women achieve fuller cheeks and a more youthful appearance.
