A little about me
I spent years doing what I thought was “the work.”
I could reframe anything. I could find the meaning, the lesson, the higher perspective in almost every situation. And from the outside, it looked like I had a strong spiritual practice.
But underneath that, there were things I wasn’t actually feeling. Conversations I wasn’t having. Parts of myself I wasn’t fully acknowledging.
It took me a while to see that what I thought was growth was sometimes avoidance.
That’s the work I do now.
