A little about me

I spent years doing what I thought was “the work.”

But underneath that, there were things I wasn’t actually feeling. Conversations I wasn’t having. Parts of myself I wasn’t fully acknowledging.

It took me a while to see that what I thought was growth was sometimes avoidance.
