1. Organizer

The Giveaway is organized by Lindt

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date the entry form goes live and ends at 11:59 PM on 20th December 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Organizer and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, individuals must fill in the entry form with their name and a valid email address.

  • After submitting, entrants must check their email and click the confirmation link to validate their participation.

  • Only one entry per person/email will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person/email may be disqualified.

5. Prize

  • The prize is 1 of 100 Lindt Christmas Bears

  • No cash alternative or substitution is available except at the Organizer’s discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from among valid entries.

  • Winners will be notified by email within 5 after the end of the Giveaway.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 working days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Delivery of Prize

  • Organizer will arrange for delivery of the prize to the address provided by the winner.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any customs duties, import charges, taxes, or other fees that the winner may incur.

  • Entry requires providing personal data (name, email). This data will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and (if opted-in) for sending marketing/news updates.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Organizer’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
