Nourishment for Body & Soul
Over the weekend, you’ll be well looked after with delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals designed to nourish you from the inside out. Prepared with care using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, each meal is a chance to slow down, savour, and refuel.
We’ll gather for our first meal together on Friday evening, enjoying a comforting and satisfying dinner to ease us gently into the weekend.
On Saturday, you can expect:

🍲 Dinner - a relaxed and nourishing end to the day
We’ll close the retreat with a final Sunday breakfast, giving you one last moment to sit, share, and enjoy a peaceful morning before departure.

Please book mindfully, as we do not offer refunds. By booking your spot, you are committing to the event experience, and we encourage you to ensure that the dates and details work for you before finalising your reservation.
In the rare event that I must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if possible, we will offer you the option to attend on alternative dates.
