Welcome to Mamaestra — a Spanish language center born from the dream of weaving joy, culture, and connection into every child’s learning journey. Founded by an Ecuadorian immigrant, artist, and nature lover, Mamaestra offers immersive Spanish experiences for families with children ages 0–10. Nestled in the heart of San Francisco’s Presidio, our programs invite children to live the language through songs, stories, movement, and the wonder of the natural world.
Bilingualism, for us, begins with a seed — small but full of promise. With care, sunlight, and the right environment, it takes root, stretches toward understanding, and blossoms into confident expression. Like every seed, language flourishes when nurtured with curiosity, consistency, and love.

For Young Learners (0-3): Books, Music and Coaching
Mamaestra & Me I, II, III is a joyful coaching experience for mamas and their little ones (0–3), blending Latino music, movement, baby-friendly Spanish for moms, and heartwarming mama chats. We meet every Saturday.
Sing, play, and connect—while learning practical Spanish you can use every day. A gentle, fun way to raise bilingual babies—together.

Loritos is a 3-hour Spanish immersion adventure designed for children ages 3 to 6. Through nature explorations, creative art projects, and interactive games, children experience Spanish in a joyful, hands-on environment—no desks required!
