    This detox requires self-commitment and a desire for transformation. To achieve your goals, an open mind and willingness to step out of your comfort zone are essential. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and individuals recovering from hospitalization or long-term illness are advised not to participate.

    What if I need a special diet consideration? 

    Justyna is here to assist in modifying and adjusting the diet to meet your specific needs.

    I don't know anything about Ayurveda or Kundalini Yoga, can I still join? 

    Absolutely! This program is suitable for all levels, regardless of your wellness journey. You'll receive ample resources, including weekly webinars and a support group, ensuring you're guided every step of the way.

    What if I can't make the daily morning yoga practice? 

    All sessions are recorded and shared daily, allowing you to practice at a time convenient for you.

    I'm new to cooking, will I be able to keep up during the cleanse? 

    We'll offer a cooking class to support your basic cooking skills. Additionally, a preparatory week allows you to set up your kitchen, and there's a variety of recipes available. You can choose simpler recipes to cook repeatedly for ease.
